Common Questions
Do I need my own equipment?
Not necessarily. Some cleaners bring their own, others use the client's products. We'll discuss this during your interview.
What hours can I work?
That's entirely up to you. When you sign up you tell us your availability and we only send you jobs that fit. You can update any time.
How and when do I get paid?
We run weekly payroll. Your hours are logged through our platform and payment goes directly to your bank account.
Do I need a DBS check?
Yes — all Kechkay cleaners must have a valid DBS check. If you don't have one, we can guide you through getting one. It costs around £20.
What if I can't make a shift?
We understand life happens. Just let us know as soon as possible through the portal and we'll arrange cover.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
No. We operate zero hours contracts so there's no minimum commitment. Work as much or as little as suits you.
