Terms of Service

By booking or using the services of Kechkay Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”), part of the Kechkay Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking. Where we cancel, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.

2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as agreed. Prices are as quoted at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for jobs that exceed the agreed scope.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled clean without charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows on the day will be charged in full.

4. Access

You are responsible for ensuring our cleaners can access your property at the agreed time. If access is not possible and we cannot reach you, the full booking fee may be charged.

5. Liability

We are fully insured up to £1 million for public liability. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our cleaners, you must report it within 24 hours of the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not properly secured or stored.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas.

7. Use of Our Cleaners

Our cleaners are engaged exclusively through Kechkay Cleaning Services. Direct engagement of any cleaner introduced to you through our service is prohibited for a period of 12 months following their last assignment with you.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
