This is the fixed price for the details you've entered — the same rate as our online booking. It only changes if the property's condition on arrival is materially different from what you selected, and we'd agree that with you first. Your details carry over, so booking takes just a few minutes. You pay securely when you book — free cancellation up to 24 hours before your slot, and if we can't cover it you get a full, no-quibble refund.

What's behind the price

  • Vetted, DBS-checked cleaners we engage directly — never an anonymous marketplace
  • Insured on every job: £1m public liability, £10m employers' liability, underwritten by Allianz — certificate on request
  • Your regular cleaner wherever possible, so standards never reset
  • Not happy? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean free.

Why fixed prices

How our pricing works

Per visit, not per hour

Most cleaners quote £18–£28/hr and the final bill depends on how long they take. We price the outcome instead: a fixed rate for your property size and service, so the job is finished to the checklist however long it takes.

Honest condition pricing

A well-kept home pays the base rate. Lived-in homes add 15% and heavily soiled properties add 30% — declared upfront in the calculator rather than discovered as a surprise charge on the day.

Everything itemised

Extras like carpet steam cleaning, ironing or inside windows are individually priced, and the breakdown shows every line before you book. What you see in the calculator is what you pay.

Common questions

Cleaning cost FAQs

How much does a house cleaner cost in East London & Essex in 2026?

A regular home clean costs £55–£195 per visit depending on the size of your home — a 2-bedroom home is £88 per weekly or fortnightly visit. These are flat visit prices, not hourly rates, so the price is the same every time. Monthly and one-off visits carry a small +10% supplement.

How much does a deep clean cost?

Deep cleans run from £130 for a studio to £595 for a 5-bedroom house, and always include the inside of the oven, fridge and kitchen cupboards. Use the calculator above to get the exact price for your home in seconds.

How much is an end of tenancy clean?

End of tenancy cleans cost £160 for a studio up to £620 for a 5-bedroom house. Every job is cleaned to the letting-agent checklist and comes with a 48-hour re-clean guarantee if your agent raises a cleaning issue.

Is the calculator price an estimate or a fixed quote?

It's the real, bookable price — the calculator uses exactly the same pricing engine as our online booking, so the number you see here is the number you'd pay. Your cleaner confirms the property's condition on arrival; only if a property is materially worse than described might the price be adjusted or the visit rescheduled.

Do prices include cleaning products and equipment?

For deep, end of tenancy, after-builders and one-off cleans your cleaner brings a full professional kit — the small supplies fee (£2/hr) is already included in the calculator's price. For regular cleans most clients provide their own products, so nothing is added.
